At The Toastery, we believe that great food has a way of bringing people together. Whether it's a morning coffee, a leisurely lunch or an evening spent sharing small plates with friends, we've created a space where everyone feels welcome.
Founded by husband-and-wife team Sophie and Rossa Mac Aindriu, The Toastery was inspired by their travels through Asia, Australia and New Zealand and a shared passion for great hospitality. Since opening in the heart of Enniskillen in 2022, we've become a favourite destination for artisan grilled farmhouse cheese toasties, Fairtrade organic speciality coffee, fresh light bites and homemade sweet treats.
Today, The Toastery continues to evolve with the addition of our Saturday Supper Club, offering seasonal small plates, charcuterie boards and carefully selected wines in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: great food, quality coffee and good company create memorable moments.
